We are a family run business, easy to find in Hereford City Centre, positioned in the glamorous locale of Union Street, behind McDonalds.

Come in for a browse, our ground floor contains all you need for decorating a party, and includes a good range of fireworks for sale all year round.

We first qualified in Balloon Décor in 1991, and have been providing high quality balloon decorations for weddings, parties and corporate event ever since.

Upstairs our first floor is entirely devoted to fancy dress - wigs, hats, masks, face paints, costumes and fancy dress accessories. We are always happy to offer advice and ideas and also provide a bespoke ordering system to obtain any items not kept in stock.
